Before I ran outside to take pictures I thought about Jeanine and threw on some lipstick. She was in church choir with me in Ocean City. One Sunday morning before we filed into the sanctuary, Jeanine pulled me aside and whispered, "Barb, you don't have any lipstick on!" "Uh-huh." I nodded in agreement. She stared at me and tried again, "We're about to go into church. Lipstick. You're not wearing any." "That is correct." I walked into the choir loft and left the poor lady blinking after me. I'll give her credit, she was trying to save me from the humiliation of being seen in public without my face on. If only she knew that most days I leave the house wearing only moisturizer and a dab of mascara. And those are my fancy days.

This is, of course, another Reflection Hat. The colors are inverted from yesterday, and I cheated on the chart a little (detailed info in my Ravelry notebook).

Wow, lipstick and shades= a moovie star!
Haha! When I came inside from my "photo shoot" I left the shades on the bench next to the door. Later, when the movie star was putting on her sneakers, I sat on them and crushed the sunglasses to bits. Luckily I bought them from $3 at the hardware store. :)
Listen, Brittany, if you are going to go all L.A., I don't know if you will be allowed to keep your "crafty and woodsy" cred.
hey the future's so bright, ya gotta wear shades! very chic.
The real reason for the stocking cap is that I freaked out and shaved my head, y'all!
